ReCaptcha v2 example not working "out of box"

This ReCaptcha v2 is NOT ready for production use in a PHP based site. * the PHP example does not run as-is. ** I had to include the ../src/autoloader.php file before it could even locate its class files. ** the "example" should have already included the autoloader script! Once I got the autloader working, the page would display, and the first half of the example would work. But when I submitted the ReCaptcha responses, ... * PHP reported these warnings while trying to process the response: Warning: file_get_contents(): Unable to find the wrapper "https" - did you forget to enable it when you configured PHP? in C:\xampp\htdocs\recaptcha- on line 68 Warning: file_get_contents(https://www.): failed to open stream: Invalid argument in C:\xampp\htdocs\recaptcha- on line 68 * The intended example page error display is: Something went wrong The following error was returned: invalid-json Check the error code reference at http://bit.ly/1ftVSO3..
