recaptcha not valid true

I know theres a way to know when the captcha has been complete by using grecaptcha.getResponse() However is there an event handler or something that can fire when it's complete? I'm asking this because I want to implement a system where the login button is disabled and when the captcha is complete it fires a js function which enables the login button.
