I get the whole point security, but when it gets to a point where no human being on earth can possible decipher the chicken scratch of jumbled numbers and letters, it becomes counterproductive. I am trying to reset my password of the NYS DMV website, but I can't get past the damn Captcha! This stuff is IMPOSSIBLE TO READ!!!!!! I wish there was a way to contact these morons who came up with this.
