I haven't used my Mastercard in a while and as a result have forgotten my password for the website for the card. Recently I've wanted to purchase some things online and would like to go into my account and see what's up with my finances, however every single time I've gone in and enquired for a new password to be sent to my email address, the reCAPTCHA box is there. These are annoyances in themselves, but to have that message come up every time has been so.. Anyway, please tell me what this means. Is it like this for everyone or just me? Is something wrong with what I am doing? I try multiple times every night I go on, but the same thing comes up.
