Re: Audio doesn't work in Internet Explorer

Passing error parameter to URL but not getting a message displayed

When reCAPTCHA tells my script that the answer given by the user isn't valid, I take the error response and add it to the URL for the challenge, e.g.: However, no error message is being displayed, although the documentation says it should be. If I use the recaptcha URL directly and look at the JavaScript it returns, I can see that the error parameter is getting picked up. What have I misunderstood? Does the system NOT display an error message after all? Regards Philip -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "reCAPTCHA" group. Re: Audio doesn't work in Internet Explorer

Same with me. I have a global key from before and the audio is playing on IE9. I tried to register a new one (not a global key) and the audio is not playing on IE9 browser. On Wednesday, July 23, 2014 12:44:06 PM UTC+10, André DeMarre wrote: It doesn't even work on Google's own site: http://bit.ly/1eCg7Yn (Only plays the audio instructions.) http://bit.ly/1eCg7Yn (Does not play any audio at all.)On Tuesday, July 22, 2014 7:35:24 PM UTC-7, André DeMarre wrote: Audio is broken in Internet Explorer for almost all the sites I've seen using reCAPTCHA. The only sites I've seen where audio works in IE appear to be using global keys (which we can no longer generate): http://bit.ly/1yZrDdc http://bit.ly/WAcMYy Internet Explorer is getting a 400 Bad Request response code when requesting the audio file.
