Registered my email but could not entered my organization's name

I have registered my e-mail address but could not entered my organization name. Now I cannot re-register with organization name. Randomly loading into fallback version.

Someone help us understand this... We're adding the new checkbox reCAPTCHA to some of our forms, and it started off working fine. As we began testing some edits we made to the form, the reCAPTCHA would randomly revert to its fallback version with the distorted text, and stay that way for some random amount of time. (This is happening inside the current version of Google Chrome.) The work around iv'e found was using another browser. recaptcha giving invalid key error in WordPress

I am trying to use the recaptcha feature in gravity forms on wordpress. It keeps giving me a invalid key code error. I have deleted the site in my recaptcha account three times and re-set it up for the same website each time. Changed the key element in gravity forms settings in wp each time.
