Captcha Image not loading on refresh

I am using src="http://bit.ly/1Jluv6A" When I refresh the page the captcha image is empty and I get an error 400(ok).  An error occurred: An internal error occurred: 51DC5D82C9709.A4439C8.C502EB27 . This error is shown when I search for the above source. No validation on domain entered when creating key

Is'nt there a validation on domain entered when creating a key.  I am able to create a key for any domain.  For the domain that I am working, recaptcha is not working.  I suspect because there are multiple keys created against it.  Is there a away to search on existence of keys by domain name? -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "reCAPTCHA" group. Security check not working
