Captcha Image not loading on refresh

I am using src="http://bit.ly/1Jluv6A" When I refresh the page the captcha image is empty and I get an error 400(ok).  An error occurred: An internal error occurred: 51DC5D82C9709.A4439C8.C502EB27 . This error is shown when I search for the above source.
