Updates to Cloud Platform Terms of Service

Dear Google Cloud Platform Customer, You are receiving this notification because you are listed as an admin of the following app(s): 589051650998 Our goal is to make it easier for Google Cloud Platform customers to find and understand Terms of Service, Deprecation Policy, and Service Level Agreements, covering all current and future Cloud Platform products and services. The Google Cloud Platform team would like to make sure you are aware of some changes we've recently made to the Terms of Service for Google Cloud Storage, Google Prediction API, Google BigQuery Service, Google Cloud SQL, Google Compute Engine, and Google Cloud Datastore, as well as how and where we communicate Deprecation Policy and Service Level Agreement (SLA) information to our users. We have amended a number of provisions in the Terms of Service for Google Cloud Storage, Google Prediction API, Google BigQuery Service, Google Cloud SQL, Google Compute Engine, and Google Cloud Datastore, and added provisions for Google App Engine to create a new, unified Google Cloud Platform Terms of Service. These new Google Cloud Platform Terms of Service are applicable to all Cloud Platform products and services and replace both the old Google App Engine Terms of Service and the combined Terms of Service applicable to Google Cloud Storage, Google Prediction API, Google BigQuery Service, Google Cloud SQL, Google Compute Engine, and Google Cloud Datastore. A summary of the changes can be reviewed at the following URL: http://bit.ly/1d0Jsjg We have also consolidated all Deprecation Policy information into a single URL that explicitly lists Cloud Platform products, versions, features, and functionality that are subject to the Deprecation Policy as well as any products, versions, features, or functionality that are excluded from the Deprecation Policy. The consolidated URL is: http://bit.ly/1eZD3RS Finally, we have updated our Service Level Agreements to clarify and unify them, include provisions for Cloud Platform Resellers, and modified our SLA Exclusions so that features and services designated as experimental, limited preview, or preview are excluded from the SLA unless otherwise set forth in the documentation for that feature or service. You can view the updated SLAs at the following ULRs: http://bit.ly/1d0JveS and http://bit.ly/1eZD48j. To view the new Google Cloud Platform Terms of Service, visit http://bit.ly/1d0Jtne The new terms will apply to your account starting March 2, 2014. We hope they will make it easier for you to find and understand this important information. Sincerely, --The Google Cloud Platform team -

The Google Cloud Platform team would like to make sure you are aware of some changes we've recently made to the Google App Engine Terms of Service (ToS) as well as how and where we communicate Deprecation Policy and Service Level Agreement (SLA) information to our users. We have written the Google Cloud Platform Terms of Service to include Google App Engine, thereby replacing the Google App Engine Terms of Service. One important change for App Engine customers is that material changes that Google makes to the Terms of Service will become effective 30 days after posting the updates for App Engine customers to review (previously it was 90 days). A summary of changes can be reviewed at the following URL: http://bit.ly/1d0Jsjg We have also consolidated all Deprecation Policy information into a single URL that explicitly lists Cloud Platform products, versions, features, and functionality that are subject to the Deprecation Policy as well as any products, versions, features, or functionality that are excluded from the Deprecation Policy. do you need adobe flash to use captcha

I never really come across captcha but recently it has come up but it never shows up in my browser and I was wondering if the reason is because I do not have adobe flash installed on my computer (for security reasons, it is really terrible)? Or could it be another problem, possibly with some addons I have (Firefox) such as noscript or flash blocker??If it is due to me not having adobe flash install I would suggest that the people behind captcha start to migrate to HTML5, or be left behind in the wastes of the internet.Good day -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "reCAPTCHA" group. Re: Captcha is impossible to read most times

+1 for overly difficult to read. I am finding the audio version even more obtuse. On Thursday, September 30, 2010 4:48:52 PM UTC+1, stompey wrote: I left a website last night after 8 attempts at trying to figure out what I was supposed to be typing in. It's not all it is cracked up to be. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "reCAPTCHA" group.
