recaptcha login plugin is creating mess

just half an hour ago i have installed this plugin i have also put public and private keys in settings and then logged out to login again to see the recaptcha on the admin login of my site. I have this problem on my forum:An internal error occurred: 4E4D917F5DA78.ADF9B4A.1930it has always worked well until a short time ago! before I had generated the key with an account which I then closed .. is due to this the problem? Hi, I want to customize the verification code for google re captcha to give only digits as option. Please let me know if it's possible to do. And how ? Programming language used is Perl.
