IE9 "A problem with this webpage caused internet explorer to close"

A user is having problems trying to use recaptcha on my site while using IE9. When they click on the "I'm not a robot" checkbox, the tab closes and reopens with the "A problem with this webpage caused internet explorer to close." warning message. I attempted clearing cookies and cache for the domain, but it doesn't seem to be making a difference. Closing and reopening IE doesn't seem to make a difference either. Most of my user base uses IE9, so a solution has to be found using the tools at hand. The only thing I haven't tried is restarting the computer. They can use the fallback version, but choosing images of road signs and sandwiches gets tiring after 3+ attempts. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "reCAPTCHA" group.
