URGENT! My reCAPTCHA Code is not working and I am now not getting any EMAILS from my contact form. URGENT! - Help!!!!

URGENT HELP PLEASE! Hi there. I am brand new to reCAPTCHA and it appears to have completely messed my contact page up!  http://bit.ly/1GmAzKz I set myself up with the reCPTCHA code for my domain http://bit.ly/1I3hioO - the widget appeared, but it let me SEND whether or not the check box was ticked. It also did not show any "Pizza" or "Soup" etc., authentication window. It just allowed me to send. However, I did not get the e-mail at all. I removed the code, and removed my reCATCHA account entirely, but still I now cannot get ANY e-mail at all from my form. I have setup a new account, and the widget is showing, but the same has happened again. I can send whether or not the check box is ticked, and I get no pop-up window OR e-mail at all! Can someone help as I know I have just lost an e-mail from someone who has tried to use the form. It has simply messed up the entire contact form! Thank you. Kind regards.
