Solving text re-captcha challenge failing (9am PCT - 11:20 am PCT) 5/20

I work for Ticketmaster android dev team . At around 9am PCT today (5/20) we tested out live android application and found that all solutions to the text recaptcha  challenge were being marked as incorrect by the google re-captcha webview.  This was not happening over the past month and nothing has changed in our live application in the past few weeks. Because of this issue, users were not able to purchase tickets.  We emailed our contacts at google immediately.   At around 11:20 am PCT, the re-captcha text challenge started accepting valid answers again.  We are trying to understand what this issue was and how to assess/trouble shoot  it in the future.  Our iOS channel was getting the picture challenges that were not failing. thanks for any answers or  similar issues as we have people quite concerned that purchasing was impossible for a (luckily small)  time period today due to errors in re-captcha.  -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "reCAPTCHA" group.
