reCaptcha response not working on our test site which require authentication access

Hi,I was able to get reCaptcha working on localhost. But after deploy the change to our test server which is authorization required website, the reCaptcha widget is showing up fine, but whenever I try to submit the form, the response is always returning false.My reCAPTCHA admin console did not show any usage at all.Any one has any idea why it only works in localhost, but not a real site?
