reCAPTCHA only works in localhost??

Hi,I was able to get reCaptcha working on localhost. But after deploy the change to our test server which is an authorization required website, the reCaptcha widget is showing up fine, but whenever I try to submit the form, the response is always returning false. Also, my reCAPTCHA admin console did not show any requests/usages at all.Any one has any idea why it only works in localhost, but not a real site (that requires authorization)?
