Audio not working on recaptcha

The audio is not working on reCaptcha. I have a site that may have visitors that need the audio reCaptcha. I also want to comply with Federal guidelines regarding accessibility. I understand that they can use accessibility features included with the Microsoft Operating System but would still like to see this problem fixed. I've attached an mp3 from the reCaptcha on my site with the garbled sound. It's like that on other sites I run, too.
