reCAPTCHA problem with ipage

I built website for testing, and there is a problem with reCAPTCHA The form in the http://bit.ly/1p10t1k is missing of the reCAPTCHA which is visible in http://bit.ly/1f2RdRI ,how to fix this? The thing is that both URL are pointed to exactly the same website, the difference is that one is subdomain of ipage.com and it uses SSL.
