reCAPTCHA does not work with SSL | NEED HELP PEOPLE

I created keys today, and the reCAPTCHA works on http://bit.ly/1f2RdRI but does not works on http://bit.ly/1p10t1k which is VERY strange, because both domains are pointed to the same website. I generated GLOBAL key for domain trustedprojecthyip.ipage.com, it uses ipage.com shared SSL. I don't understand what is wrong. THE THING IS THAT reCAPTCHA APPEARS ONhttp://www.projecthyip.com/support.php (WHAT IS GOOD) AND DOES NOT APPEAR ON http://bit.ly/1p10t1k (WHAT IS NOT GOOD).
