I'm in Thailand as well, and I have noticed this type of problem. It also happens in other countries - and ONLY with Google products.For some reason Google decides that I'm in Thailand, so everything is displayed in Thai. never mind that my browsers (IE, FF, Chrome) are ALL configured to EN-US, that I am logged into a Google account on all three browsers, and that my Google profile forces EVERYTHING to display in English. I am not interested to ready my email with a Thai, Vietnamese or Chinese interface.Google goes to great extent to provide translations for everything, BUT COMPLETELY IGNORES THE USER. This results in REALLY STUPID things like ReCapthach or Gmap names displaying Thai script, when the actual name exists in English and is displayed on all the signboards in the place of interest. Try to read a Thai subway on GMap - it has stations names only in Thai script, even though in the actual subway station they are written everywhere in English - NOT in Thai!.If the Google developers are lazy to insert the english word when it exists, or take into account the Google ID profile language when it exists, at least provide a "translate" button when using something else than roman alphabet, so that world-wide users can attempt to decipher what is going on.Google is turning into Microsoft, too big too listen to users.
