I have a similar question, though in my case this came up because we're using reCAPTCHA for an application used by K-12 students and in at least one case a student was asked to identify images of drinks which included alcoholic beverages.  Needless to say, the administrators are not happy about that. Providing a way to filter images would be much appreciated!
