recaptcha V2 installed in joomla but only see V! instead it's unistalled and erased from website

Hi Guys. I have createad a forum and I use kuenea.  My problem is that the site came with recaptcha V1 and it didn't work properly. I erased it and I installed the new one (V2). The problem I have IT0s my forum can't accept new users because V1 it's working, not V2. l the website its filled with V2 parameters (new captcha selected, new keys, etc...) but only appears old one and new one don't works. Please I need some help to solve the issue. My forum can't register any new user and it is a disaster.
