recaptcha shows message "You must validate your entry" even after enting text correctly.

Hi All, I am facing this issue since 1june. recapcha not working on page and hence user are unable to register on the site. Once user enters DOB(make use its above 20 years) and fills  required data. and you enter number in capcha and click on submit button.  It doen't work and shows error message "You must validate your entry".
