Should have stated Firefox version is 38.0.5. I think this is related to Vellarasan Dhanapathy's post:  Mozilla is blocking some of the javascript because of Certificate issue. How to overcome this problem because we cannot tell all the users to add these certificates manually. This needs to be addressed immediately. What good is recaptcha if it does not display...?
