Certificate error after using new version of Google reCAPTCHA

Right now we are using Google reCAPTCHA which is working fine, now we are trying to implement the new version of Google reCAPTCHA NO CAPTCHA but we are getting one certificate error which is mentioned below. So would like to know whether do we have to add any certificates? Frow where we can get the certificate? What’s the validity of that? Could you please suggest and help us on this issue?  00005d01 WSX509TrustMa E   CWPKI0022E: SSL HANDSHAKE FAILURE:  A signer with SubjectDN "CN=www.google.com, O=Google Inc, L=Mountain View, ST=California, C=US" was sent from target host:port "www.google.com:443".  The signer may need to be added to local trust store "/opt/IBM/WebSphere/AppServer/profiles/AppSrv01/config/cells/xxxxxxxx/trust.p12" located in SSL configuration alias "NodeDefaultSSLSettings" loaded from SSL configuration file "security.xml".  The extended error message from the SSL handshake exception is: "PKIX path building failed: java.security.cert.CertPathBuilderException: PKIXCertPathBuilderImpl could not build a valid CertPath.; internal cause is:         java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: The certificate issued by OU=Equifax Secure Certificate Authority, O=Equifax, C=US is not trusted; internal cause is:         java.security.cert.CertPathValidatorException: Certificate chaining error".
