Can't get to to the account

Hello, We use google apps at our institution (@ourinstitution.edu). In the past, we used to have a special account webmaster@ourinstitution.edu that was created directly/separately (not through our google apps) with Google. This was the account under which we registered for recaptcha to obtain the keys. I remember getting warnings saying that since this account is @ourinstitution.edu, it needs to be merged into our google apps. I don't believe this was done.
