This Instructions are so bad it is ridiculous

Everything about recaptha.  for one thing, it doesn't work.  But managers like little check boxes, so all around the world, programmers are wasting time putting this dumbass thing on their sites.See that picture.  Where the arrow is pointing?  It is a lie.  That page not explain how ot verify users response.  There is nothing about this where I am inexperienced, and I to tell you the information need to do thsi verification is not on this page.So I am going to have to research to find out how to do this.
