I'm experiencing the same issues. It used to be that clicking the reload arrow would give you a text option instead, but as of this Friday that option seems to have disappeared, since all I get after dozens of reloads is images and more images, only some of which work. The audio option is unusable as well. The voice is so indecipherable that it's nearly impossible to make out what numbers are being said.I'm willing to fill out text to help transcribe periodicals and street numbers.
