Google reCAPTCHA not working under non javascript mode

0 down vote favorite I often refer a site which has google CAPTCHA v1.0 as their security. For past 2 years I have been solving their CAPTCHA under non javascript mode but suddenly past 3 days, whatever being the input, it doesnt solve. Searching for reason for error, I found CAPTCHA demo site : ( http://bit.ly/VrdjLL ). I was able to solve the CAPTCHA of this site till the point I didnt clear my cookies. From yesterday once I cleared my cookies, even on the sample site, I am not able to solve google CAPTCHA. Note that JS version works fine without any issues all the time. The problem happens only when my browser is with Javascript disabled mode. This is happening from last 3 days and I think new changes introduced had broken non js version with no cookies. Another sample site : ( http://bit.ly/1FhRxwi ) I have tried this on multiple sites and all of them fail. This means that non js support for Version 1 of reCAPTCHA is taken off ?
