Cannot Register for recaptcha using sub domain

When I try to get recaptcha this message occurs : L'URL commence par un schéma incorrect. (URL starts with an invalid scheme.) I think it’s because the sub domaine is fond incorrect. If a website is hosted by an Internet Service Provider the structure of the name is very often : mywebsite.provider-name.com. In my case http://bit.ly/1xTFjaW the website name is bcmontbeliard and the sub-domain is pagesperso-orange. Is there a solution ?
