reCAPTCHA in Adobe Muse coming up "Server Encountered Error"

Hi, I have been using Adobe Muse for over a year now and now that they have finally added reCAPTCHA to it, hopefully it will stop all of the SPAM that I get, the only problem is that I have added it in, added the Private and Public keys and uploaded to the FTP host but it just doesn't work. Everytime, it just comes up with "Server Encountered Error" and the form doesn't send. What am I doing wrong? Can anyone help, please?
