reCAPTCHA not showing anywhere on Joomla site

ReCaptcha for my contact page recently stopped showing up a couple weeks ago. Also not showing up in the comment forms on my blog articles. I've made sure the public and private keys are correct and have Recaptcha set for my default captcha with plugin enabled.
