Why have my keys changed?

My site has been up and running close to a year and someone pointed out to me that recaptcha is no longer working. I tracked it down to the keys being completely different. Also, they now appear to be global keys. How did this happen? I've not changed the keys and I've not received any emails telling me the keys have changed. This is totally ridiculous.
