The reCAPTCHA wasn't entered correctly. Go back and try it again.(reCAPTCHA said: incorrect-captcha-sol)

I have spent so much time on this. I have follow the php plugin instructions of Captcha to the letter and replace the keys. When somebody enters an incorrect word, the file that process the form takes the person to a different page displaying "The reCAPTCHA wasn't entered correctly. Go back and try it again.(reCAPTCHA said: incorrect-captcha-sol)" only. instead of refreshing the page and showing different words. When I try the first time it worked, but when I changed directories and reroute everything it doesn't anymore. I have start fresh several times and nothing.
