reCAPTCHA in Adobe Muse coming up "Server Encountered Error"
Hi, I have been using Adobe Muse for over a year now and now that they have finally added reCAPTCHA to it, hopefully it will stop all of the SPAM that I get, the only problem is that I have added it in, added the Private and Public keys and uploaded to the FTP host but it just doesn't work. Everytime, it just comes up with "Server Encountered Error" and the form doesn't send. What am I doing wrong? Can anyone help, please? Can I get reCAPTCHA to display in a popup window after hitting submit on my contact form?
Hi there! I was wondering if any of you knew how to add reCAPTCHA to a popup window that displays after the user has clicked submit, instead of displaying the CAPTCHA on the form itself. I wish to achieve this because the form I need reCAPTCHA implemented on is too small to display it, so it would be more ideal for it to appear in a popup window instead. Having a hard time getting recaptcha to display correctly on website
Trying to get recaptcha installed on my website. My problems isn't with it working but rather displaying correctly. You can see here: http://bit.ly/1qKoMSL here is what the page without the recaptcha looks like: http://bit.ly/1qKoPhs The "help" button is taking over the entire page preventing me from clicking on anything. Anyone know what is causing this? I am pretty sure that the functionality of the recaptcha would work just fine as long as I get this formatting problem fixed.. Passing error parameter to URL but not getting a message displayed
When reCAPTCHA tells my script that the answer given by the user isn't valid, I take the error response and add it to the URL for the challenge, e.g.: However, no error message is being displayed, although the documentation says it should be. If I use the recaptcha URL directly and look at the JavaScript it returns, I can see that the error parameter is getting picked up. What have I misunderstood? PHP recaptcha not working. Key Issue?
After downloading the PHP reCAPTCHA package, I went ahead and threw the "example-captcha.php" file into my LAMP test environment, along with the library file. After confirming that it worked, I tried adding the example page (& library page) to my web server, and viewing the page from my browser. For some reason it is not working. I have triple checked my public & private keys, and I tried using my server's IP instead of the domain, but still no luck. I read that any valid keys work with localhost, so I figured that it must be a key issue (perhaps my domain is not being recognized properly). Could there be issues because I am using HTTPS? Also, it does not have to be in the root folder of my website correct? One of my domains already had a global recaptcha key. I ended up just using that one. reCaptcha for internal/external servers
Hello,I am trying to implement reCaptcha for my organization's website. The server sits in the domain patienthub.com but the outward web address(what they type into the browsers address bar) is mypatient.org, do I need to specify both of these when I register for reCaptcha keys? or just the outward facing address? I assume this is client side, so the outward facing web address is all that is needed. That error is not likely a key error. It is a coding problem. The Words Are Too Difficult To Read!!
IF the people who put Capthcas on their websites would use just numbers, fine... but the twisted letters are, many times, just too hard to read. I know you can click on "give me a new Captcha, and sometimes I've had to click on it many times to finally find one that I can read. I have run into the same issue. I want to create a set of global keys, but can't find a way to do so. There used to be a checkbox for specifying a global set of keys, but it is no longer visible. Interface broken up
I have difficulty with the interface breaking up on the web page. For a long time recaptcha worked fine for me and then some months ago it suddenly got broken up (graphics all in the wrong place) and after working with it for some time and not getting results and then seeing that everybody was having the same problem and no solutions came down from Google I assumed that the project was abandoned and I started switching over to a new captcha service. Then mysteriously recaptcha got fixed. Now the graphics are breaking up on me again but only on some pages and not others (attached screenshot shows one fail.) I try to give more room to it but it is already the biggest thing on the page. Part of the problem might be the overwhelming-ness of the graphics. Do you really need that nice thick border? Does it really need to be so busy with cool icons and fun blank spaces? If we could get a box with a photo and a box for a user response that would meet the need. Force reCAPTCHA to show address numbers?
Is there a way to force reCAPTCHA to use address numbers rather than the distorted text? Are robots really such a problem that you have to make jumping though your hoops so miserable for us poor humans? If the images were like the ones on your homepage it would be no problem. The audio message was worse. What was hard to read is even harder to hear when twisted and distorted. Using two cans with string between them would have been better quality.After all that I was supposed to cut and paste something but before I could do it, I somehow got bumped back to deciphering your hieroglyphs. No chance. It took me 10 minutes to type in a question for the phone tracker app. I spent 20 minutes trying to send it to them -unsuccessfully. U make it not worth the headache. Uninstall and Unsubsribe is how to deal with Unhelpful and Unpleasant

I totally agree. I have just installed reCaptcha on my website. As a dyslexic user, I find them IMPOSSIBLE. Gone. Sad to see that Twtitter now uses it. I can't set up Twitter on my new pnone for this reason. Without any changes to the site, the ReCaptcha suddenly shows only one challenge-word, i.e. the "unknown" word.
