ASP.net reCaptcha has a green check mark but the asp:verification fails

Kik login trouble

I have an iPod 5 and I am trying to log into kik, but whenever I try to type something in the txt verification box, nothing appears and it doesn't work. I have tried this on a variety of different networks so I know it is not just my on and I have been trying for about a month. Any ideas?
