Why have my keys changed?

My site has been up and running close to a year and someone pointed out to me that recaptcha is no longer working. I tracked it down to the keys being completely different. Also, they now appear to be global keys. How did this happen? I've not changed the keys and I've not received any emails telling me the keys have changed. This is totally ridiculous. reCaptcha Difficult level = Veteran

Simple, I copy pasted the original code statements as stated in the ReCaptcha Doc... it will work. ReCaptcha on Magento

Earlier I had integrated Re-Captcha on a page ( only one.phtml file) in Magento. Now, when I am re-using that Re-Captcha on another page ( Controller and View both Involved ) it is not working.
