reCaptcha for internal/external servers

Hello,I am trying to implement reCaptcha for my organization's website. The server sits in the domain patienthub.com but the outward web address(what they type into the browsers address bar) is mypatient.org, do I need to specify both of these when I register for reCaptcha keys? or just the outward facing address? I assume this is client side, so the outward facing web address is all that is needed.
