Privacy policy and reCaptcha cookies

Hello, I'm writing a privacy policy page on a websites based on a wordpress template that uses reCaptcha to let users send requests through forms, i should write whic cookie is being used and how long it sits on the viewer's browser, something similar to this table: COOKIE TYPE DURATION DESCRIPTION google analytics permanent 1 year  IP anonimi  Do anyone know where I can get this infos?
