reCaptcha verification dialogue window anchors to checkbox and not scrollable on mobile

The dialogue window of where it says "select all x image below" image matching functionality periodically anchors itself to the check box beside the words "I'm not a robot". This presents quite an issue on mobile devices where screen sizes are not large enough to display the entire dialogue so the actions at the bottom cannot be selected.
