PHP The reCAPTCHA wasn't entered correctly error...

Hi, I tried to implement this software today at my site but I am having an issue. I know very little about php but can figure some very basic things out. I can get the example-captcha.php file provided by Google to function properly. However, when I try to implement using my files, I get the dreaded “The reCAPTCHA wasn’t entered correctly. Go back and try it again.(reCAPTCHA said: incorrect-captcha-sol) ” error. My files work just fine with a different captcha product. Is there someone around who can help?
