Impossible to restart password or user name

Hi everyone, I have installed the registration module and the hikashop component on my Joomla site. Everything works well except when the user wants to remember the password or the username, I think it has something to do with the captcha because it is not showing on the system. I have added the public and private keys, and I think every item is being configured properly, but not sure. Can someone help me out here? Is it another problem?
