PLEASE set the new "I'm not a robot" button to give the old text captcha beside it

I use firefox with NoScript (I have to to prevent myself being infected by viruses) and have recently come across the new "I'm a human" or "I'm not robot" button. it does not work, it never has. In the past I could always get captchas to load just fine, and I could read the garbled text and type it in the box, but these "I'm not a robot" boxes don't work like that. As far as I know they rely on tracking the user's mouse movements and other things, things which can't be done when a security tool like noscript is in use. I dare not turn it off, I have to keep it on (though I can allow single sites through sometimes, and did so without trouble fro the one or two domains needed by the old CAPTCHAs). So PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE add a third link next to "privacy" and "terms" make this link say "I'm begging you, give me an old garbled text captcha instead, please". This would be easy to implement and for those who get on fine with the "tick the box" version it wouldn't affect them. Since these new "I'm not a robot" boxes came out I have been unable to comment on blogs and many other sites which use your CAPTCHAs and have changed from the old working "gabled text" to the new unreliable "tick the box". Think of the millions out there(those with older browser, those with certain security tools...) who for one reason or another cannot get "I'm not a robot" to work, give the option (on every one of these new types of captcha) to use the old method instead. Opera

I am using Opera 12.16, and I cannot get the captchas to work. I fill in street signs, pies, etc and press verify, and just get another capptcha. Eventually, it asks me to post some text, but then there is no button to press to submit it. After that, it asks me to idenfify bread, but clicking on the pictures has no effect. Is challenge configurable for business sites where asking to pick out pizza images isn't appropriate?

Hey, Is there a way to customize the follow up challenge, which is always a huge box with images, asking me to select steaks, donuts, and the like. Can it be configured to be more professional? Captcha Image not loading on refresh

I am using src="http://bit.ly/1Jluv6A" When I refresh the page the captcha image is empty and I get an error 400(ok).  An error occurred: An internal error occurred: 51DC5D82C9709.A4439C8.C502EB27 . This error is shown when I search for the above source. No validation on domain entered when creating key

Security check not working

I am forced to do reCAPTCHA but no one else on the site is

On Discogs.com I am forced to do recaptcha every time I visit certain pages but in the site's forum other people say they never see recaptcha on the very same pages. They also say the decision is made by Google and not the site itself. Why isn't reCAPTCHA mobile responsive?

Dear GoogleSince April you have been penalising websites that aren't mobile responsive for mobile searches, demanding they be such in order to retain their ranking - which is fair enough. But WHY is it then that reCAPTCHA is not mobile responsive?As the image attached shows, when reCAPTCHA is viewed on a portrait iPhone 5, showing a page built using Foundation 5, the widget exceeds the space given.As you have removed all customisation from version 2, can I ask that you at least add a third option for data-size? Currently you just have "compact" and "normal", I suggest adding a third of "fit". This would mean the widget scales to the surrounding DIV. So when inside a Foundation DIV, we could have:

   

       

   

   

           

This would mean that when on a mobile it could be 100% the width of the screen and then 50% on a tablet and desktop. Allowing the widget to align beautifully with the above input boxes or text.Surely this NEEDS to be added in order for sites to look good when built using a responsive framework as you request? As it stands, looking like there is something wrong with a page, I don't really want to use the widget.Just a thought guys! We're implementing and today I found fallback option when javascript disabled. It loads the image set however even clicking right options it never gets verified and next set of puzzles appears. Audio one works though, however the html in their faq page has more height for the iframe thus the input box to paste the verified code gets hidden. Spend quite a few hours thinking there might be something wrong I have done while implementing. Verification Call to "http://bit.ly/11H4Jer" URL is necessary?

Since we already do the verification with google at the browser when user click on the reCaptcha check-box, Is it really necessary to call the verification URL ("http://bit.ly/11H4Jer") with secret key to verify again at server side?  If necessary, kindly someone help me with the solution for this scenario. The verification happens at above google url, that is, we need to connect to internet from our backend(application) server in order to get it verified. But usually application server at production environment is not allowed to connect to public(internet) sites from program. I always get the worst possible confirmation process

Every time I have to use captcha I get the worst possible confirmation process, the one where I have to select two images, and sometimes I'm forced to find a 3rd image, and I wanted to know why.  Bear in mind I'm always logged in my google account, so why is google so suspicious? Also, if I just log as another linux user and fire up firefox it will work with just one click.  If I use it on windows where I use firefox with all the same extensions, and also logged to google I can also just one-click the captcha, so what the hell is wrong with my main linux user?  I also tried moving the entire firefox cache elsewhere, so it's like running firefox for the very first time ever, and still it will ask me to find images.  This is maddening. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "reCAPTCHA" group. FAIRLY NEW TO CODING - Need help with VERIFYING the reCaptcha widget

Good morning everyone! Okay so I'm still brand new to coding and I'm trying to teach myself which, as you can imagine, can be a nightmare at times...  Anyway, here's my dilemma... I have a website with a contact page that apparently got hacked and now I get 10-15 spam messages every day from the same source telling me to buy cheap Nike NFL Jerseys from Japan....  If I don't get that one, then I get one that has all kinds of hex codes and other unreadable garbage in it... After doing some extensive reading, it seems the best possible way to stop or slow the incoming spam would be to put a captcha thingy on my contact form; recaptcha being the easiest it seems...  I am using webformmailer.php from GoDaddy (mainly because I have no idea how to program my own yet)...   I have figured out how to generate the key and I've even figured out how to put the 'I'm not a robot' captcha check box thingy on my contact form...  What I CAN'T figure out is how to verify that the person actually clicks the button.  I tried to submit a test form without clicking the button and it still goes through.  How to I STOP the form from submitting by telling the person filling it out that the captcha needs to be checked? Does anyone know if it's possible to be notified when google make changes to reCaptcha, so that we can be aware and test our site before our customer find issues with our site related to reCaptcha changes? Too many failed verifications

We're using google recaptcha v2 on our site. For a given day there are 99 succesful verifications and 103 with opposite response (captchaResponse.success=false). Don't you think that the number of failed responses is too high as for simple one click verification method? I wonder if there is different explanation of these statistics - some problem with google mechanism itself or sth else. Any idea? Google disappointed us, They still haven't focused on noscript version. Even if we input correct responses , verification got failed. Image qualities are too low sometimes. My solving ratio is 25%. We humans disable javascript for our securities / getting of annoyed scripts , you should focus on that too. Hi, today I'm getting following error in IE8: Object doesn't support property or method 'indexOf' File: recaptcha__en.js, Line: 151, Column: 470 - that maps to following code return a.ua?0<=U(a.ua,5).indexOf("JS_THIRDEYE"):!1}. This error happens on google side, when I enter window.location.href I'm getting: "http://bit.ly/1DZhcgc" On Friday recaptcha was working. Looks like code is missing polyfill for ES5 array methods for IE8. Can this be fixed, please? This is not about coding or testing, it's about user experience. No user able to spell in roman alphabet **only** will be able to pass the Captacha test on your website, because Google is dumb and lazy.I'm in Thailand as well, and I have noticed the same problems as initial user above. It also happens in other countries - and ONLY with Google products.For some reason Google decides that I'm in Thailand, so everything is displayed in Thai. Never mind that my browsers (IE, FF, Chrome) are ALL configured to EN-US, that I am logged into a Google account on all three browsers, and that my Google profile forces EVERYTHING to display in English (I am not interested to ready my email with a Thai, Vietnamese or Chinese interface. It works fine with mail, only)Google goes to great extent to provide translations for everything, BUT COMPLETELY IGNORES THE USER. This results in REALLY STUPID things like ReCapthcha or Gmap names displaying Thai script, when the actual name exists in English and is displayed on all the signboards in the place of interest. Try to read a Thai subway on GMap - it has stations names only in Thai script, even though in the actual subway station they are written everywhere in English - NOT in Thai!.If the Google developers are lazy to insert the english word when it exists, or take into account the Google ID profile language when it exists, at least provide a "translate" button when using something else than roman alphabet, so that world-wide users can attempt to decipher what is going on.Google is turning into Microsoft, too big too listen to users. Nelpomeriggio se un operatore istituzionale cercava titoli italianisapeva dove andare....Telefonava a Michele Nista.Michele Nista era un vero grandissimo broker, altro che macchinatelematica. E riusciva anche a trovare prezzi migliori della macchinastessa facendo felice sia il venditore che il compratore.Anche con la chiusura dei mercati alle 17.30 Michele è sempreriuscito a trovare l'introvabile.Non esisteva e ancora esiste la "missione impossibile" per Michele Nista.Un milione di Generali? Bastavano pochi minuti e venivano trovate algiusto prezzo. Poi Michele si è allontanato dal mercato, ma a Novembre l'hoincontrato dopo tanto tempo. Abbiamo bevuto un caffè e abbiamo parlato del mercato...Caro Michele, farai anche altre cose ora ma il fiuto per gli affari,quello no...non ti manca.
